Opportunity exists for all levels of player from recreational right through to Australian representation.

LOCAL COMPETITIONS are being organised in many areas.

The STEWART SHIELD is held each year with individuals or teams welcome to enter. Teams in this competition must include a mixture of men and women, able and disabled players.

State teams are invited to play at NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS.

Australia has entered various INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIONS such as the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS, PARALYMPICS, VON SIEMEN'S CUP and the FESPIC Games.

Minimal disability requirements need to be met for some international events.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT takes various forms including regular training sessions, training camps and clinics.

Development activities are also organised for COACHES, REFEREES and OFFICIALS.
