Sitting Volleyball is a very quick and exciting game to play and watch. It is easy and fun to play at a recreational level and also, with higher level technical and tactical skills, players have the opportunity for higher representation.

As players sit on the floor, the game has few sports injuries and is easy to play even in smaller gymnastic or sport halls, including squash courts.

Able bodied players have no advantage over disabled players, making the game very suitable for integrating able & disabled players.
